Pending Orders now loads the Broadband account login instead of a friendly service nickname.
Account fields normalize mobile numbers and stay aligned when edited, with clear validation before submission.
Inventory, duplicate-account and retry safeguards remain in place and have additional regression coverage.
Track swaps and retired SIMs under Orders. Admins can preview approval, recover private drafts and replay failed messages without repeating a swap.

Clearer Service Management

Object Storage supports capacities up to 6TB in 250GB increments.
Expired dated rewards leave Active Services at midnight SAST on their end date.
Admin service deletion preserves billing and reward evidence without dependency errors.

Version 2.2.12

September 2, 2026

Official Accreditation, Now Verifiable

Every official accreditation now carries a unique reference, expiry date, integrity hash, and public QR verification link.
Current, expired, superseded, inactive, and revoked status is shown clearly without exposing the signed PDF.

Languages, Renewals and Tender Packs

Resellers can issue letters in English, Afrikaans, or isiZulu.
Accreditation is valid for 12 months, with renewal opening 30 days before expiry.
Two-page tender packs combine procurement details with the signed accreditation letter.

Accessible, Protected Evidence

Documents are generated as tagged PDF/UA-1 files with document language, semantic structure, and alternative text.
The CEO signature is encrypted and versioned; each private PDF is protected by an immutable SHA-256 hash.

Audited Admin Control

Admin can issue, reissue, revoke, verify, and monitor accreditation from the new System control centre.
Monthly download-quota resets now require a reason and retain permanent audit evidence.

Version 2.2.11

August 21, 2026

Seasonal Check-In Mission Control

Admin can now design, schedule, activate and analyse configurable seasonal Check-In campaigns.
Daily OWP schedules, wheel ranges, special rewards, entry minimums and campaign dates are validated before release.

Private Leaderboards and Milestones

Resellers can opt into the streak leaderboard under a chosen public alias while their private rank remains visible only to them.
The dashboard now shows the reseller's live Check-In progress and next reward milestone.
Reminder preferences support opt-out and SAST quiet hours.

Fraud, Delivery and Audit Controls

Hashed browser evidence blocks the same device from claiming across multiple reseller accounts.
Failed campaign mail can be replayed automatically or manually within an audited retry budget.
Completed campaigns retain downloadable checksum-verified evidence.

Configurable Growth Bonuses

Active streaks can earn admin-configured bonus OWP for confirmed wallet top-ups and submitted service orders.
Every action award is capped, idempotent and linked to its source event.

Version 2.2.8

July 31, 2026

Month-End Operations Centre

Renewal readiness, billing progress, invoices, queue delivery, provider health, and schema integrity now share one admin control centre.
Failed renewal WhatsApps can be selectively replayed through the required Modbot channel without SMS fallback.
Operational runs now retain tamper-evident, hash-chained evidence for later verification.

More Reliable Billing and Payments

Billing progress now survives worker restarts in PostgreSQL instead of relying on temporary server files.
Email, WhatsApp, and saved-card payment paths now reject conflicting duplicate operations.
Core operational timestamps now originate from timezone-aware UTC values.

Version 2.2.6

July 22, 2026

Top Up Without the Clutter

The Credit Wallet Top Up page now puts one large amount control and live charge summary at the centre of the experience.
Quick amounts, saved cards, PayFast checkout, and wallet totals are easier to scan on desktop and mobile.
The minimum reseller wallet top-up is now R100 across every payment path.

Official Python SDK

Download the new dependency-free OpenWeb Reseller Python SDK directly from API Documentation.
Use supported helpers for wallets, products, services, orders, hosting, invoices, SIM inventory, and endusers.
Request IDs, typed API errors, and safe read retries make integrations easier to operate.

Version 2.2.4

July 17, 2026

Guided Documentation

Documentation now has instant search, keyboard shortcuts, metadata-generated navigation, and release badges on all 19 workflows.
Owners and reseller staff can filter the guide to the workflows relevant to their assigned role.
Contextual Help buttons now open the correct guide chapter from reseller and enduser pages.

Onboarding and Accuracy

The reseller dashboard now tracks six live onboarding milestones from profile completion to the first active service.
Readers can report inaccurate guidance, while Admin receives a versioned documentation accuracy queue.
Release tooling now validates links, refreshes real screenshots, and audits desktop/mobile accessibility.

Version 2.2.3

July 16, 2026

Current Reseller Documentation

The public reseller guide now matches the current dashboard across 19 focused workflow chapters.
Sixteen fresh production screenshots cover the reseller and enduser experiences without exposing the admin panel.
Cloud Setup Wizard, hardware, Active Services, PayFast wallet tools, current rewards, hosting, domains, white label and API workflows are now documented accurately.

Safer Product Guidance

The guide now clearly identifies retired Microsoft 365 ordering, unavailable Static IP add-ons, Cloud-only ordering paths and current OWP rules.
Documentation SEO and social-preview metadata now describe the current 2026 reseller platform.

Version 2.2.11

June 26, 2026

Hosting Operations Centre

Admins now have a dedicated Hosting Sync Status page with last WHM sync, current cPanel server, DNS health, warnings, and retry/backoff state.
Hosting services can be deliberately relinked between cPanel3 and cPanel5 after WHM confirms the account exists on the target server.
Automatic alerts now flag hosting accounts that WHM finds on a different server than the one stored on the service.

Clearer Hosting Access

Active Services now shows hosting server badges, DNS readiness checks, and masked cPanel passwords with reveal controls.
Admins can resend hosting welcome details in one click, and the queue dashboard now includes the 24-hour hosting sync monitor.

Version 2.2.10

June 24, 2026

Active Services Command Centre

Active Services now has a sticky service count and current-filter bar while the card list scrolls.
Resellers and admins can search service cards, jump to Cloud, MTN, Telkom, Hosting, or Rewards, and filter problem services only.
Visible services can now be exported to CSV or a printable PDF view, with compact and detailed display modes available.
Long service cards now include clearer scroll hints and sticky action areas so important controls stay easier to reach.

Version 2.2.9

June 19, 2026

Buy Hardware Readability

The reseller Buy Hardware page now uses a dedicated high-contrast hardware checkout theme.
Payment summaries, alerts, delivery fields, and the due-today checkout panel are easier to read across the reseller panel theme.
The ZTE G5TS router ordering mechanics remain unchanged; this update focuses on clarity and confidence at checkout.

Version 2.2.8 (June archive)

June 17, 2026

Elite Reseller Tier

Resellers with 31 or more active services and a non-negative wallet now upgrade from VIP to Elite Reseller.
The reseller header badge now has a premium Elite treatment with clearer service-count recognition.
The test reseller lte@openweb.co.za is displayed as Elite through a safe UI override for testing.

Elite Congratulations Email

A themed Elite email is queued once when a reseller reaches Elite status.
The email includes the OpenWeb logo, strong contrast, the Elite congratulations message, and the WebHotel.cloud or SupportOasis gift options.

Version 2.2.7

June 13, 2026

Cleaner Product Catalogue

Telkom Saver promotional plans are now hidden from the reseller Buy Product list.
Saved links to hidden Telkom Saver products are blocked so promotional products cannot be ordered by bypassing the catalogue.
MTN and Telkom 4G/5G data categories now appear first, ahead of hosting, Voyager, and other services.

Version 2.2.6 (June archive)

June 3, 2026

Faster Credit Management

The admin Manage Credit page now loads resellers in server-side pages of 5 entries per page.
Admin can search by reseller email, username, first name, surname, company, phone, or mobile number.
Search filters stay active while paging, so large reseller lists are easier to manage without browser freezing.

Billing View Stability

Credit-wallet totals now handle Decimal wallet values and live renewal calculations safely.
The credit-management query path was cleaned up to avoid noisy pagination warnings.

Version 2.2.5 (May archive)

May 26, 2026

Cloud Services Manager

Added the dedicated Cloud Setup Wizard for WebHotel.cloud Compute, Object Storage, Storage Box, and Database services.
Cloud Services now stay out of the general Products page so cloud ordering and cloud billing live in one focused workspace.
Active Services and admin service views now present Cloud Services with clearer service and billing context.

Product Catalogue Cleanup

Microsoft 365 has been retired from new reseller orders while existing active Microsoft 365 clients remain supported.
Existing Microsoft 365 services follow normal cancellation rules, but new upgrades and downgrades are no longer offered.

Free SIM Holding

Unused SIM holding is now charged at R0.00 for all resellers.
Renewal calculations, sync notices, Active Services placeholders, and admin wording now reflect that SIM holding is free.
Stored wallet renewal totals were refreshed where available SIM inventory could have left stale R1 charges visible.

Version 2.2.4 (May archive)

May 15, 2026

OpenWeb Points May Promo

The live rewards promotion now earns 1 OWP per R4 spent until 31 May 2026.
Monthly renewal rewards and newly provisioned product-order rewards now use the same R4 divisor.
Reward messaging across reseller and admin screens now matches the active calculation.

YouTube Premium Bundle

Eligible account orders can now add YouTube Premium for R79/month during the May promotion.
The order form captures a required @gmail.com address and charges normal pro-rata today.
Admin Pending Orders now shows the Gmail account that must receive YouTube Premium.

Recurring Renewal Handling

Provisioned YouTube bundles now appear under Active Services with the supplied Gmail account.
The recurring R79 YouTube service is included in monthly renewal calculations while active.
The bundle option automatically disappears from new orders after 31 May 2026.

Version 2.2.3 (May archive)

May 13, 2026

SpaceShip TLD Pricing Cache

All SpaceShip TLD renewal prices are now stored in the database after checking 1254141541254.{tld} through the SpaceShip API.
Annual domain renewals now use the required 150% margin instead of older fixed markup rules.
Existing domain services have been refreshed with current renewal amounts.

Domain Renewal Control

Active Services now shows a red Renew Domain Now action when a domain enters its renewal window.
Manual renewals debit the wallet once and queue the admin Pending Orders domain-renewal workflow.
If not manually renewed, the monthly Sync Process adds the annual renewal once for that domain expiry date.

Billing Safety

Monthly invoices now show domain renewals as separate annual renewal lines.
Duplicate protection prevents the same service/domain/expiry from being renewed twice.

Version 2.2.2

May 3, 2026

Static IP Add-on Accuracy

Static IP add-ons now provide 1 x Static IP address across every package where the add-on is available.
The Static IP add-on is standardized at R199 per month.
Multi-service orders no longer multiply the Static IP add-on by service quantity, preventing accidental 5 x Static IP charges.

Checkout & API Consistency

Reseller checkout, order totals, pro-rata display, wallet shortfall checks, and API order creation now all treat Static IP as one add-on line.
Static IP order items now save as quantity 1 with clearer wording: Static IP Add-on (1 x Static IP address).

Release Notice

This version bump triggers the once-off login popup so every user can see what changed in the latest update.

Version 2.2.1

April 10, 2026

Provisioning & SIM Control

Admin order provisioning now supports clear System and Custom SIM assignment paths on pending orders.
When a custom OpenWeb SIM is used, the reseller SIM originally reserved on the order is returned to available inventory automatically for future use.

Billing & Finance Stability

April billing recovery and notice replay flows were hardened so finance can continue safely without duplicate deductions.
Monthly renewal invoice rendering was corrected so duplicate line items no longer make corrected reseller PDFs appear overstated.

Compliance & Handover

Refund-policy acknowledgement handling and reporting were refined to keep reseller legal acceptance clearer and easier to audit.
The project handoff guide was refreshed so new engineering sessions can pick up the live platform with the current production rules already in hand.

Version 2.2.0

March 26, 2026

Smart Wallet Clarity

Failed auto-bill attempts now open a reseller-facing detail view showing the exact provider response, saved request payload, and the safest next step.
Smart Wallet now forecasts the next expected card charge date and shows the final shortfall amount only after wallet funds are consumed first.

Branded Onboarding Packs

Onboarding pack PDFs now inherit reseller white-label colours, support details, and uploaded logos where available.
Resellers can now email an onboarding pack straight to the client through the email queue with the PDF attached.

Sharper Reseller Views

Communications Hub now includes saved presets for renewals, support, failed sends, and billing notices.
Client Insights now highlights VIP, Growth, and Churn accounts based on spend and service movement over time.
The login page and version display were refreshed for a cleaner, more premium first impression.

Version 2.1.1

March 23, 2026

Customer Delete Preview

Deleting a customer now opens a full preview modal showing the exact services and orders that will move back to the reseller account.
Delete confirmations now support reclaim tags, internal notes, and optional queued email/WhatsApp notices.

Deleted Customer Audit & Restore

Added a new Recently Deleted Customers view for both reseller and admin users covering the last 7 days.
Every delete now creates a restorable snapshot with the customer profile, reclaimed services, reclaimed orders, and wallet state.
One-click restore recreates the customer profile and moves services/orders back when they are still sitting directly under the reseller.

Bulk Customer Cleanup

Resellers can now select multiple customers, auto-select dormant customers, and delete them in one action without losing service/order history.
Reclaimed services are stamped with the delete tag/note so the cleanup can be grouped and traced later.

Version 2.1.4

October 24, 2025

WhatsApp Delivery Reliability

Switched ModBot to the refreshed MANTIS-5DUWS channel and API key, restoring successful outbound notifications.
Queue processing now records the provider’s raw payload for every attempt, making authentication and quota issues easier to diagnose.
The latest failed messages were replayed automatically once the channel came back online so resellers received their overdue updates.

Queue Diagnostics & Rewards

Added “Send Test Email/WhatsApp” utilities on the Queues dashboard (with CSRF protection) to verify delivery end-to-end in seconds.
Clarified the worker cadence — batches of ten messages every thirty seconds — directly in the dashboard copy.
Introduced a 5 OWP reward button in this popup; resellers who sign their name and accept the Terms collect points instantly.

SIM & Provisioning Enhancements

Provisioning now includes a “SIMs already provisioned” toggle so admins can skip serial capture when inventory was pre-loaded.
SIM package fulfilment sends refreshed email and WhatsApp notifications with friendly copy and queue IDs for auditing.
Additional logging highlights duplicates, warnings, and support@openweb.co.za copies during SIM inventory updates.

Changelog Experience

The release notes were rewritten to spotlight the WhatsApp recovery work, queue tooling, and the new reward incentive.
Resellers can now acknowledge the update, sign the Terms, and claim their 5 OWP reward without leaving the popup.

Version 2.1.3

October 17, 2025

OpenServe Order Reliability

OpenServe status changes keep the original order intact while safely refunding wallets when coverage is unavailable, eliminating foreign-key violations.
Pending orders now present installation addresses in high-contrast cards so provisioning teams never miss critical delivery information.

Instant Notifications

Rejected, ordered, and activated OpenServe flows now queue personalised email and WhatsApp messages with refund, address, and B-Circuit details.
Provisioning promotes any reseller-selected SIM straight to “activated”, keeping inventory counts perfectly aligned with live services.

Experience Polish

The Spin the Wheel rewards modal now resembles a professional prize wheel with centred labels and a glowing hub.
OpenServe Fibre catalogue and order pages now show standard pro-rata billing instead of a static first-month fee.
